Can the cookie rounds be cut in half to make 30 smaller cookies?
Yes, simply slice the refrigerated cookie dough horizontally and bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

Can the cookie dough be consumed raw?
Our cookies are designed to be baked first. We do not recommend consuming the raw dough.

Can the cookies be baked in a toaster oven?
Yes, a toaster oven maybe used to bake the cookies; however baking times may vary. (Keep a close watch)

Can you microwave the cookie dough?
No. The uneven heat of a microwave prevents the dough from baking evenly.

Can the unbaked cookie dough be kept in the freezer?
Yes, unopened cookie dough may be frozen for up to two months if placed in the freezer prior to the "use by" date indicated on the package.

How long are baked cookies good for?
Once baked, the cookies can be stored in a sealed bag or container for up to 6 months.

Does the oven need to be preheated?
Yes, in order for the cookies to bake evenly the oven needs to be preheated.

How should the product be stored if only a few cookies are baked?
The remaining cookie dough can be kept in its original package, sealed in a plastic bag and stored in the refrigerator for later use.

Does the frozen cookie dough need to be thawed before baking?
Yes. For best results, we recommend thawing the cookie dough in the refrigerator over night prior to baking.
